If you are looking to make a visit to the bustling city of Canterbury, to meet friends and family at the University of Kent or to explore the beautiful countryside leading from the city all the way over to Whitstable, then Number 9 will be the perfect choice.

Situated just off the Crab and Winkle Way, you will find the house nestling between the University and Canterbury West Station with its famous Goods Shed market and restaurants.

Number 9 has recently gone through a complete renovation and will be available from winter 2023 onwards. The interior redesign has successfully achieved the balance between a Nordic feel of calmness using clean lines and plenty of light with a house intended to be enjoyed for entertaining.

Entering the house off the hallway is a large open plan kitchen/dining space. There is an enormous quartz topped central island around which flows all the kitchen appliances, cupboards and utilities. There are 3 ovens, a microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks (one for food prep), fridge freezer, 5 ring gas hob amongst other items. The kitchen is fully equipped and will be heaven for those who enjoy cooking. The dining area has an extendable table and opens out through sliding doors on to the secluded garden.

Off the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine which then leads on to a large wet room which would also work well for anyone with mobility issues. Another door from the utility room leads first to a garage which has gym equipment and on to a quiet study that has been deliberately separated from the rest of the house and has its own entrance on to the garden. Perfect for those needing to work whilst away.

Back off the dining area is a sitting room with double aspect on to the garden and leading via sliding door to a large TV snug. This in turn leads on to the large downstairs double bedroom. This bedroom is also accessed directly from the hall and is again perfect for anyone with mobility issues. There is also a downstairs toilet off the hall.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a super king sized bed which can be unzipped to create two singles. Two bedrooms come with built in wardrobes and the third has underbed storage. The bathroom has a large shower and separate bath.

Anyone staying at Number 9 will find that thought has been given to every little detail which will leave you stress free and reinvigorated.
