From entering through the welcoming hallway, where the cloakroom is located, you find yourself in the bright, airy and large sitting room. With parquet flooring, sofas and huge flat screen TV it is an ideal space to relax after a day on the beach or golf course.
The kitchen has been recently updated in high-gloss white units and is very well equipped with induction hob. From the kitchen the sunny dining room , with seating for eight, leads onto the patio and rear garden through glazed doors.

Upstairs there are four well appointed bedrooms. The master has a super king bed, there’s a twin, a single and a double along with 2 bathrooms.
