Stroll through the quaint town to explore the individual shops, enjoy afternoon tea or traditional fish and chips. There are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from and live music is frequently playing. Throughout the year a range of events take place to include The Big Broadstairs Weekend in May, Dickens Week in June, Folk Week and Water Gala in August and a very popular Food Festival in October. Free firework displays on the beach take place throughout the summer months. There really is something for everyone. Ramsgate Royal Harbour is just 10 minutes away and the amazing Turner Art gallery a mere 15 minutes away.
