Our beautiful Elizabethan Farmhouse, built in 1560, is situated on 27 acres of private land and woodland, perfect for exploring and unwinding. Located just 10 minutes from the historic port of Dover and within easy reach of Canterbury, Margate, Sandwich, and Folkestone, our farm is ideally located for those looking to explore the beauty of Kent.
Our farmhouse offers a variety of rooms, each bright, airy and full of character. We have a specially designed, accessible downstairs bedroom with an en-suite, perfect for guests with limited mobility. Our large master suite boasts a stunning walk-in shower and original beams, and is sure to make your stay even more memorable. In addition, we have a double, twin, and single room to cater for all types of groups.
The heart of our farmhouse is the cozy lounge, complete with a large open fire. Curl up and relax in front of the fire with a hot cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy the warmth and charm of this historic property. Our kitchen is the perfect setting for family dinners, with a large oak dining table and seating for 12. We have all the necessary appliances, such as 2 fridges, a freezer, and a Range cooker, to make cooking a breeze.
Step outside and be surrounded by the beauty of nature. Our solid outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and our brand new patio is the ideal spot for breakfast, with a freshly brewed coffee from our stocked Tassimo machine.
For families with young children, we offer a travel cot (without bedding) and high chair on request. Towels and bedding are provided for all guests, and there is plenty of on-site parking. During office hours, feel free to stop by the farm office or give us a call for any questions or concerns.
Great Napchester Farm also has two apartments and another house on the property, making it the perfect location for larger groups of up to 25 people. We do welcome pets to the farm, however, please note that it is not entirely enclosed and all children should be supervised at all times.
As a functioning farm, there may be occasions during the week where you will see us carrying out woodland management or grounds work, but rest assured, your stay will be peaceful and undisturbed.
