Family Friendly, Dog Friendly

Fresh for 2026, Great Napchester Farm has been enhanced with stylish outdoor lighting and an additional seating area, allowing you to enjoy the sun-trap patio well into the evening. Inside, we’ve added a table football game and Alexa devices in the lounge and kitchen to keep everyone entertained.

The farmhouse features bright, airy accommodations designed for groups. This includes an accessible downstairs en-suite bedroom—perfect for those with limited mobility—and a magnificent master suite set among original beams. Both of these premium rooms are equipped with Tassimo coffee machines. Four additional bedrooms, including two king rooms, a twin (with an additional sofa bed) and a cozy single, provide flexible sleeping arrangements for any gathering.

At the heart of the home is a spacious lounge featuring a large open fire, with plenty of complimentary wood provided for cozy winter nights.
The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped for large-scale catering, featuring a Range cooker, multiple fridges, and a grand oak dining table that comfortably seats twelve.

To help you unwind, a solid outdoor hot tub awaits after a day of exploring. Guests can also enjoy breakfast on the patio with coffee from our fully stocked Tassimo machine. For those traveling with little ones, a travel cot (please bring your own bedding for this) and high chair are available upon request.

We also provide all high-quality towels and bedding for your stay.

Please note that as a historic property from 1560, the house retains all its original character and quirks. As it is a farm environment, some pathways and ground surfaces may be uneven.
