Chalk Pit is the quintessential country cottage. Tucked away down a winding farm lane, with views over fields and rolling countryside: a garden to front and rear, a big open fire in the sitting room and room for 6 people. This is the perfect retreat for a long weekend or short holiday. The cottage is set within the Canterbury Ring footpath walks which means you can walk or cycle for up to 20 miles from the front door. You are within walking distance of the village of Littlebourne which has a good local pub, a mini supermarket and post office plus an amazing coffee shop selling home made produce as well as fresh veg and fruit. Howletts Zoo is a short walk and Canterbury can be reached by car or bus in around 10 minutes. So, total peace when you want it but a few minutes from all facilities and entertainment when you need them.

Now for the details. There is parking for 3 cars and you enter the house via the front garden. The front door opens on to a kitchen/diner which has seating for 6 people, a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with King sized bed.

The sitting room has a large open fire and has comfy seating with settee and chairs. The boot room leads off and has plenty of space for boots, coats and also contains the washing machine. There is a back door to the rear garden, again enclosed and with a large apple tree in the centre.

Upstairs there is a twin bedded room with views to the fields and another bedroom with Super King sized bed again with the stunning views. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over.
