Tucked away down a small leafy lane in the heart of South East Kent lies a small hamlet populated by idyllic “chocolate box” cottages.

Friscot is a semi detached single bedroomed timber clad home with a lovely, homely feel.

On entering there is a coat and boot rack and then a dining sitting room. There is slightly restricted head height in the dining area followed by a step down to the sitting room. A large wood burner sits proudly warming the whole room. Off the sitting room is a galley kitchen with what has to be a first: an infinity view across the fields!

The kitchen is fully equipped with butler sink, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob and oven.

Up the stairs is a good sized double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
To the side of the cottage is a parking space for one car.

Outside you can go round to the back of the cottage and sit at the little table to enjoy a glass of wine looking out over the field.

The owner of Friscot hopes that guests will enjoy their home and setting as much as they have over the years.
