This is an exceptional architecturally designed holiday home in the heart of Sandwich town.

The front doors open up to a large open-plan living space. The entrance hall has an impressive glazed Crittall-style lobby with double doors to the large open-plan living space where a central J C Bordelet fireplace with suspended chimney takes pride of place. There is a huge L shaped sofa with scatter cushions dotted around, and another couple of easy chairs with a small table for those quieter conversations. Downstairs there is also a high spec state of the art Hacker kitchen with volcanic stone veneer cabinets Silestone worktops and Siemens and Delonghi appliances and a wine fridge. A conservatory dining area as well as a terrace within a pretty walled garden is found off the kitchen area. Also on the ground floor you will find a twin room with ensuite shower, a separate wc and utility area with a second dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities. The modern industrial theme is enhanced with the black metal steel roof trusses and cast iron radiators and the wonderful limestone staircase with industrial cast-iron handrails which ascends to the first floor.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and an ensuite shower room and the further two bedroom have super king beds which can be converted into twin rooms on request. There is also a modern, well appointed family bathroom.
