The Annex at Hilliers benefits from two key features.

First, the view. Whether you are in the garden area or the dining/sitting room you will look out over the fields stretching towards Pegwell Bay and Ramsgate in the distance.

Second, the house. The Annex has recently been completely renovated so comes with everything provided. Lovely wood flooring throughout and two ensuite bathrooms.

The property sits in the village of Great Mongeham and is only 6 minutes from Walmer or 10 minutes to the centre of Deal.

Access to the property is via a side gate to the main house, through the gardens and into your own private enclosed garden. The front door leads on to a good sized hallway with the kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, 5 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar or dining room table for meals and a cosy sitting room with wood burner and patio doors opening on to the garden.
