Directly outside the cottage through one of the french doors is a lovely enclosed courtyard, but the property itself is set in beautiful grounds with a children’s play area set in stunning open lawned grounds. The children are free to roam except the area where there is a deep pond where the children MUST be accompanied at ALL times. There is a shared dining area with coal BBQ, table tennis (during summer months) and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility. It’s suitable for everyone, whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or adventure, Hoad Farm offers you a fabulous base.

With the historic Cathedral City of Canterbury, Dover with its white cliffs and 11th century Castle and war tunnels, Howletts and Port Lympne Zoos, there’s so much to see and do. Close to the M20 with links to both Dover Ferry terminal and Folkestone’s Eurotunnel, it’s ideally situated for a hop over to France for a day out too.
