Bijou Cottage is in the cute seaside town of Deal, on the coast of Kent. On a clear day you can see neighbouring France. Bars, restaurants & boutique shops are plentiful and all within walking distance.
Bijou Cottage was built in the 1800’s and is small but perfectly formed. Newly refurbished to a high standard, it’s in a convenient location close to the shops, conservation area, train station and beach.
The cosy sitting room with it’s log burner *, smart TV, two seater settee and armchair are perfect for relaxing in after a day on the beach, whatever the weather. This is next to the dining room with four chairs and a wooden table. A highchair can be available on request.
The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a large fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Tea and coffee are supplied in the welcome pack.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. (You can also request a travel cot if needed). There is a second bedroom available with a single bed for an extra cost to be made up. Also on this level is the modern, well appointed bathroom with bath and separate shower with rainfall showerhead. Animal cruelty free toiletries are provided.

There is a path alongside the beach stretching all along the coast to Dover and Sandwich Bay for keen walkers, 3 castles and 4 golf courses nearby including two Open Championship ones!
Deal town itself is full independent shops, bars restaurants and coffee shops. There are some regular chain shops and of course the usual banks and supermarkets too but it is a wonderful place to explore and wander through the bustling town.
